ATTACKS In this RPG there are NO SUCH THING as 'Levels', therefore all Move levels are reduced to zero. This does not mean that your Pokemon can use ANY move out there. Moves that it is unable to use by species or TM are moves that it simply cannot possibly learn. Please be realistic, a Ponyta may be able to learn Fire Blitz on paper, but it might not be able to actually control it. If your Moveset is too 'out there' you will be asked to change it by a member of staff. Unconventional Attacks such as ones that have been made up must be reviewed by a member of staff; however, moves like this that come up in battle are fine as long as it isn't over the top and incorporates the terrain being fought on. BATTLING The outcome of a battle is something you have to figure out between yourself and the other Role Player, but again; be realistic. You cannot simply dodge every attack, and then think all your moves hit the opponent. Take condition of the areas, weather, etc into account. A ground Pokemon can't fight a water Pokemon on the sea - a flying Pokemon would be more likely to do that, but that flying Pokemon won't be able to use attacks like Roost. Battles between an Role Player and an NPC you will be able to fight for. There is a form that you can fill out, stating why you should win as well as your current skill level. The first couple Gym Battles will not need high skill levels, but as your character progresses this will obviously change. The Elite Four is also run like this, and like in the game you must beat the Johto Elite Four before you may progress to Kanto. Unless you are actually from Kanto, where this is actually switched. Coordinators will be told where the next Competition on this site will be held and they may all join. They will chose the Pokemon they will use for the first round where they show off their Pokemon's beauty, grace, etc and the Pokemon they will use for the battle if they make it to the second round. This will be judged by the Admins, playing as NPCs, and they will post that person's score and the people who make it to the top 4 will progress to the second round.

POKEMON No, we are not limiting the species of Pokemon you may have - well not too much. There are ones that are very, very, very rare or hard to catch; however, if you provide a decent explanation of why your character has that Pokemon than we will be happy to give it to you. Pokemon from Hoenn and Sinnoh are available since there is a thing called migrating and breeding. You are not allowed to witness or come into contact with a Legendary Pokemon from any region unless a Member of Staff contacts you and gives you permission. If you wish to capture a certain type of Pokemon like a Ghastly or a Geodude, don't just have it pop up randomly in a thread. Instead, go to one of the places where you can find one in the game, or where you think it is plausible to appear. For example, Ghastly do not come out during the day and are mostly active during the night. They would not come out into the light most likely and are probably looming in abandoned houses and such. IMPORTANT!: Due to all the starters being taken, we will unfortunately have to put a ban on the starters of Kanto and Johto FOR NOW! We will lift the ban after the plot moves along for a while. We imagine that at one point there will be nine trainers from each region, giving us eighteen trainers total with the starters, each trio being either fifteen, sixteen, or seventeen years-old. This means that if you are in a Kanto or Johto Starter Trio, all the characters MUST be around the same age! Now if you are in dire need of one of these starters, contact either of the admins.[/color] BANS ON POKEMON:Bulbasaur Charmander Squirtle Cyndaquil Totodile ChikoritaRARE POKEMON Lapras Ditto Eevee Porygon Omanyte Kabuto Aerodactyl Snorlax Bagon Dratini Togepi Heracross Skarmory Any Pokemon that Evolves by TradeThese Pokemon aren't 'banned necessarily, but if we notice that one of them is being used to much - or a pokemon of another kind is also being used in ridiculous amounts - it will become banned. Pokemon will continue to be added to this list if we see increasing amounts of them. **Their Evolutions are included in this list. UNCATCHABLE POKEMON Bulbasaur Charmander Squirtle Chikarita Cyndaquil Totodile Ho-Oh Lugia Celebii Raikou Entei Suicune Mew Mewtwo Articuno Zapdos Moltres Groudon Kyogre Rayquaza Regirock Regice Registeel Latios Latias Dialga Palkia Giratina Mespirit Azelf Uxie Darkrai Cresselia Jirachi Deoxys Phione + Manaphy Heatran Regigigas Shaymin ArceusTheir evolutions are included. Legendaries can NOT be caught usually and you need permission from the Admin to do so anyway. Starters given to people who start the normal way and go through a Professor; however, NOT EVERYONE STARTS OUT THIS WAY. Shake it up a little bit. Hoenn and Sinnoh starters ARE NOT and NEVER WILL BE available in both Kanto and Johto as they are exclusive to their respective regions, meaning that no trainers can have a Hoenn or Sinnoh starter, even if they travel to one of those regions.
